You’ll explore a range of acting techniques and audition for roles, big or small, to provide you with the experience you need to progress in the acting industry.

When studying one of our performance courses you will work with industry standard equipment and software as gaining work experience by participating in live public performances.
Students can also learn about the promotion and organisation side of performances. Students will gain experience with live events whilst earning.

On Halloween, Performing Arts students came together again to guide the public through ‘Rother-Howl Returns’; a ghoulish performance that took an audience around various sites in the town centre, with ghostly stories, werewolves and zombies along the way!
The Rother-Howl Walk has been a popular performance by first and second year Degree Performing Arts students for the last two years, with this year getting an even spookier re-boot by Higher Education Performing Arts Programme Leader, Karen Mulcahey and her writing partner Tony Steele.Read More
