This short course is for those who would like to develop their visual and creative skills through a wide range of materials, in a supportive and friendly environment.
You will gain basic knowledge of drawing with pencils and coloured pencils, learning different techniques and when to use them to create drawings with line, shape, value, colour and form.
How to draw with different grades of pencil, learn different shading techniques, how to use light and dark tones to give shape and form to an object, create new colours by overlaying and blending coloured pencils, create an artwork
This course will help you gain the basic skills and confidence needed to draw.
The course is delivered in a relaxed, informal setting encouraging you to develop your confidence as well as acquiring a new skill.
