This qualification is for candidates wishing to gain understanding and practical experience in the Carpentry and Joinery Trade.
The course is designed to be two evening classes per week of up to 3 hours each
Learners interested will study theoretical aspects of the subject and apply them to practical tasks.
• Constructing cut roofing
• Fitting doors and windows, Skirting and Mouldings
• Fixing stairs with turns
• Principles of maintenance and repair
Excellent facilities with industry-experienced, qualified tutors who have spent many years in construction and have specialist qualifications and knowledge to bring to their teaching.
Understanding of the Carpentry and Joinery trade with a Level 2 or equivalent practical skills and understanding of the Carpentry and Joinery trade.
