Rotherham College Students Create Film in 72 hours

Last week, Rotherham College Arts students took part in an exciting film making challenge called the 72 Hour Film Project bringing together the skills of Media, Photography, Graphic Design, Music, Performing Arts and Fashion students across Level 3 and Degree.

Over 72 hours, the groups had to bring to life a short movie combining all of their collective skills, developing skills in creativity, team work, working to a deadline and problem solving.

The project finished with a screening night, attended by nearly 100 students at University Centre Rotherham

Students celebrated their achievements as they saw their finished movies, and awards were handed out in various categories including; Best Short Film, Best Soundtrack and Best On-Screen Performance.
