Students Gain Creative Inspiration at Manchester Art Galleries

Fashion, Art, and Graphics students from Rotherham College embarked on an inspiring trip to Manchester’s top art galleries, exploring world-class exhibitions at The Whitworth and Manchester Art Gallery.

The visit provided a unique opportunity for students to gather ideas for their upcoming art projects, immersing themselves in fashion, fine art, and contemporary design.

Highlights included iconic pieces by renowned designers such as Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney, showcasing cutting-edge fashion concepts.

Students also explored breathtaking artwork by Grayson Perry, J.M.W.Turner, and many more celebrated artists.

The trip allowed students to see first-hand how leading designers and artists push creative boundaries, providing valuable inspiration for their coursework and future careers in the creative industries.
