This course prepares learners to secure and maintain work in the UK construction industry by equipping them with essential site safety knowledge, CSCS test preparation, tool recognition, and practical workplace English.
Through targeted instruction in site induction tasks and key workplace behaviours—such as reporting hazards and asking for safety clarification—learners build the floor-ready confidence needed to navigate sites safely.
Additionally, the curriculum supports long-term success by providing guidance on UK employment rights, financial literacy like CIS and payslips, and direct progression into agency recruitment, entry-level labouring, or accredited trade training.
