On Wednesday 13th November, between 3.30pm-6.30pm, Rotherham College will open its’ doors to potential students and host an interactive open event at its’ Rotherham Town Centre Campus to showcase the range of courses and apprenticeships available.

The event gives potential students the opportunity to learn more about the wide range of study options on offer and ask our expert tutors and support staff any questions they may have including different types of support available for learners.

Rotherham College boasts incredible purpose-built facilities; including one of the region’s largest photography darkrooms, an impressive range of music studios, a thriving hair and beauty salon and renowned engineering workshops.

Prospective students will also have the opportunity to explore the dedicated Construction Centre which is home to our bricklaying, carpentry, joinery and plumbing courses. The College’s facilities are designed with the needs of students in mind and to prepare learners for progression into the world of work or university.

This event is your chance to take part in interactive demonstrations, meet our industry-experienced tutors and important support services including student support and our careers and employability team.

You will be encouraged to explore your career options, discuss your next steps and get a feel for the courses and apprenticeships available to you.

You’re more than welcome to bring friends and family to the event and share your open day experience with your loved ones.

Only people interested in studying with us and their parents/carers need a ticket. You don’t need to bring a printed copy of your ticket with you to the event, as we will ask for your full name when you arrive.
