Bright Skies Nursery Celebrates ‘Outstanding’
On Thursday 21st April Bright Skies Day Nursery celebrated their ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted result with a party.
The party kicked off with some dancing and a buffet for the children, parents and guests before some short speeches from Dawn Price, Head of Health, Sciences and Care and Don Everitt, Director of Finance and Funding.
Kirsty Lockerbie, Nursery Manager, said “I’m so proud of our team’s effort and achievement and want to thank all the parents for their much appreciated support.”
A magician awed the children with stories and close up magic tricks. The party was concluded with a cutting of the two cakes made especially for the event.
The Ofsted inspection which took place in February 2016, confirmed the nursery is consistently an ‘Outstanding’ nursery with a glowing report and ‘Outstanding’ marks across the board.
The nursery, which cares for children aged from birth to five-years-old, is based at Rotherham College’s Dinnington campus, on Doe Quarry Lane, and is open to children of students or staff, and local families in the area.
