How do I use the website?

You can access Big White Wall on any device with an internet connection. The home page has three options for you to explore:

Community
Here you can see posts by other members of the online community and filter by categories (e.g. anxiety). You can also create your own posts for others to join in friendly and helpful discussion.

Resources
This page has plenty of useful self-help features including interactive tools such as journals and self-assessments structure by standard NHS measures. You can also find clinically-established articles which highlight appropriate knowledge for anything you’d like to work on; these can be filtered by category.

Courses
There are a variety of self-help courses which can be interactive with other Big White Wall users. These courses share best practice on how to tackle that issue you’re looking for help with. You’ll be asked to take a self-assessment both at the beginning and end of the course. Courses are structured so that each section must be completed to unlock the next one.
