Art and Design Diploma Show 2010
Final year Art & Design students had the opportunity to exhibit their remaining assessed pieces of work at the Rotherham Arts Centre for the annual Art and Design Diploma Show, sponsored by Howells Solicitors.
The show is the final stage of the course for the students before they choose to progress onto University, alternative areas of study or into employment. The work will be available for members of the public to view until 8th July and includes; fine art, 3D, photography, graphic design, fashion and textiles. Gwen Plant, Curriculum Manager for Art and Design explained, “The work demonstrates how our talented students use their technical skills to produce work which is creative, imaginative and of a high standard. The group have worked very hard throughout the academic year to develop their Art & Design skills and to produce a professional show at the Arts Centre.”
