Skills Support for Students

If you are studying a vocational programme at Rotherham College of Arts and Technology but feel that you need a little extra help to improve your study skills, we can offer assistance and guidance with:

•  Literacy and language, including English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
•  Numeracy
•  Note taking
•  Assignment planning and preparation
•  Presentation skills

This is known as ‘Key Skills Support'

If you have a specific learning disability (e.g. Dyslexia) you are entitled to additional support and extra exam help can be arranged if required.
