The centre combines traditional, handcrafted engineering skills with new technology environments such as CNC machining, electronics, control engineering and computing.

Students are given the opportunity to study a diverse range of subjects including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, control engineering, information technology and machining.
