Disability support for students
Rotherham College of Arts and Technology welcomes students who have a learning difficulty and/or disability. All of our courses are open to you, providing you meet the usual entry criteria. We are committed to inclusivity and eliminating any form of discrimination. We offer a wide range of support to help you choose a course that’s appropriate to your ability and future aspiration, and to help you succeed while you study.
Developing a support/access plan We’ll work with you to anticipate and overcome any barriers. In order for us to have suitable support/access plans in place, please tell us about your needs as soon as possible. We can have a chat or arrange visits before you apply or enrol. We’ll help wherever possible in smoothing your pathway into our college. We’ll also work with your parents, family, carers or other professionals or advocates to help you settle into full college life.
