Student Services will be available to provide course advice and guidance, throughout August and September during normal business hours:

From the 13th August 2012 we will be operating a ‘fast-track’ application process in order to secure applicants a place on a course in time to enrol and to start the course on time.

This being the case we would recommend that all applicants try and visit Student Services if possible. Please note that if you already completed an application this year, you do not need to complete another one – please just get in touch.

Specialist information, advice and guidance will also be available at our ‘advice centres’ which will be held during our mass enrolment days between 9am-4:30pm on:

What do I need to bring with me to enrol?

We want your enrolment to take place as smoothly and quickly as possible. In order to achieve this we need you to bring the following documents / information.

1) Proof of identity

Please bring at least one of the following

a.      Birth Certificate                                                     

b.      Passport

c.      Driving licence

d.      ID card or other form of national identification

e.      National Insurance card

f.       Certificate of entitlement to funding

g.      Bank/Credit/Debit Card 

2) Certificates and/or results slips

All full time Further Education and Higher Education learners need to bring with them all certificates and results slips (these 

must be the originals).  

3) Bank details

4) Payment of fees (Learners over 19 on 31 August 2012) ​

OR

5) Evidence for fee remission (if appropriate)

If you are aged over 19 on 31 August 2012 and in receipt of certain benefits you may be entitled to fee remission. To claim 

this entitlement, please bring a letter from the Benefits Office as evidence of one of the following:


OR

6) Letter stating employer will pay course fees (if appropriate)

If your employer is paying your fees please bring a letter of confirmation.  The letter should state which fees they are paying 

(e.g. all fees, tuition fees only) and be on company letterhead.
