If you are wishing to teach, or support teaching within education or to become a trainer within a private organisation we have a variety of part-time courses for you to choose from.
The College offers a range of teacher training courses, from introductory level leading to higher education qualifications. You can choose to study
- Initial training with Prepare to Teach in the Lifelong Sector
- For those who wish to study a more comprehensive qualification the Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (which leads to QTLS) or Certificate in Education or PGCE (which leads to QTLS).
- For those wishing to study at degree level we offer the BA Honours in Education and Training or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
We also offer the assessment award and verification award (known as TAQA awards) through tutorials using a flexible delivery method.
